Ripon College has collected a variety of resources for members of the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies. Here, you will find a wealth of information on LGBTQIA+ identities and issues, and learn how to traverse a heteronormative and cissexist society. The resource page is collected and maintained by the Center for Diversity and Inclusion and the Queer-Straight Alliance. It is currently a work in progress, and will be continually expanding resources and updating information.

Are you part of the LGBTQIA+ community? This is the place for you. This information is dedicated specifically to members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and involves topics such as figuring out your identity, coming out, transitioning, and much more. This section also contains links to outside resources, such as support groups, crisis lines, and organizations that fight for equality.
Are you an ally looking for education on LGBTQIA+ identities and issues? Here you will find the answers to many questions, such as what different terms mean, how to combat discrimination, and how to make your spaces safe spaces. Members of the LGBTQIA+ community are also encouraged to check out these pages in order to better be allies to differing parts of the community.
Are you an educator looking to make your classroom LGBTQIA+ inclusive? This section contains guides to things such as inclusive language, how to sensitively address LGBTQIA+ issues, making your classroom a safe space, and much more! Here you will also find posters, flyers, and other printables for use in the classroom.
The Queer-Straight Alliance
The Queer-Straight Alliance (QSA) is a student group focused on building community, educating the campus on LGBTQIA+ issues, and supporting Ripon's LGBTQIA+ students. The QSA meets every Tuesday at 5:15PM in Room B12 in the Pickard Commons—bring your food and your friends!
